During the meeting the importance of intensifying the cooperation between the Republic of Moldova and the International Maritime Organization by ratifying and implementing a list of international conventions was noted. The efforts made by the Moldovan authorities in order to improve the performance as a flag state, port state, as well as the actions undertaken by our country to prepare for the IMO audit to be held in October 2020, were underlined.
