The Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova to London, Angela Ponomariov, had a meeting with Owain Jones, Managing Director of Wizz Air UK Ltd., in order to discuss repercussions of the Brexit process on Wizz Air's services in relation to Moldovan partners, as well as new perspectives and cooperation initiatives.

The meeting highlighted the importance of the Wizz Air operational base in Chisinau, opened in 2013, and conclusion of the provisional arrangement reached by the authorities of both countries on the continued operation of flights between Chisinau and London.
