The documents required for a British national wishing to marry a citizen of Moldova within the territory of the Republic of Moldova are the following:

• Certificate issued by the competent authorities of the United Kingdom that the basic conditions required by national law are accomplished and there is no impediment to the marriage (Certificate of No Impediment), legalized by FCO;
• Copy of birth certificate (full details version), legalized by FCO;
